Terms of Service

Effective August 15, 2026. {{BEFORE LAUNCH: counsel review; the EN service is expected to be operated by a non-RU entity — insert that entity here}}

1. The service

Uplift analyzes web pages you submit, prepares improvement variants and runs traffic tests between them ("Service"). By paying for a plan or using paid features you accept these Terms, the Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy.

2. How it works

Monthly cycle: analysis → up to 3 variants → your approval → traffic test → report. No variant goes live without your approval. You provide and pay for the ad traffic unless agreed otherwise, and you are responsible for the compliance of approved pages and your ad campaigns.

3. Billing

Plans are prepaid per billing period and renew automatically; you give express consent to recurring charges when enabling a subscription and can cancel anytime in your account — cancellation stops future charges. Refunds: where consumer law grants withdrawal rights, we refund the unused part of the period less the cost of work already performed.

4. Your data, your leads

Leads collected on your page variants are processed on your behalf, forwarded to you and never used for our own purposes. You must have a lawful basis and your own privacy policy for collecting them.

5. No guarantee of results; liability

The Service is provided "as is". Conversion metrics depend on factors outside our control; we do not guarantee any quantitative outcome. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the billing period in which the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to analyze sites you have no lawful interest in, or for spam, phishing or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for violations or non-payment.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms with at least 10 days' notice by publishing the new version and emailing you. Changes do not apply to an already paid period.
